條款及細則 Terms and Conditions
歡迎瀏覽 Go Dive Bar(以下簡稱「本公司」)。閣下在使用本網站或報名參加課程、購買產品時,即表示同意並遵守以下條款及細則。Welcome to Go Dive Bar (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By using this website, enrolling in
courses, or purchasing products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and
conditions.
條款修改Amendments
Go Dive Bar 保留隨時修訂以上條款之權利。如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。Go Dive Bar reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. In case of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final decision.

課程報名及消費政策 Course Enrollment and Payment Policy
費用支付:報名課程以繳付全數費用為準。除非有協議下收取(可退還)按金。
不設退款:課程費用一經收取,不論任何原因(包括但不限於個人因素、病假、工作變更等),均不設退款或轉讓他人。
證照發放:學員須達成 SDI TDI PFI FRTI (https://www.tdisdi.com/) 規定的考核標準方可獲發證照。若未能通過考核,設有補堂機制以補充獲得證照資格。
Payment: Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, unless a (refundable) deposit has been collected under a specific agreement.
Non-refundable: Once course fees are collected, they are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances (including but not limited to personal reasons, sick leave, career changes, etc.).
Certification: Students must meet the standards set by SDI, TDI, PFI, or FRTI (https://www.tdisdi.com/) to be certified. If the standards are not met, a makeup session mechanism is available to help students achieve certification.

課程改期及補堂條款Rescheduling and Makeup Session Policy
為了確保教學資源(如教練安排、泳池預約、船位)得到合理分配,我們執行以下改期政策:
提前通知:課程訓練日子一經確認,如需更改,必須於原定日期前 7 日或以上提出申請。
臨時取消/改期:若於訓練日前少於 7 日內通知,或當日因個人原因缺席、遲到超過 30 分鐘者,將被視為臨時取消。
補堂行政費:臨時取消之課堂將不獲退款,學員如需補領該節訓練,須另約日子並支付補堂行政費:每人每日 HK$1,200 - $1,500(視乎課程性質及租場費用而定)。
天氣影響:如遇惡劣天氣(如八號或以上颱風訊號、黑色雨警等)導致活動取消,本公司將主動聯繫學員安排免費改期,但不設退款。
To ensure fair allocation of resources (instructors, pool bookings, boat slots), the following policy applies:
Advance Notice: Once a training date is confirmed, any request to reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
Late Cancellation/Rescheduling: Notice given less than 7 days before the training date, or absence/tardiness exceeding 30 minutes on the day, will be treated as a "Late Cancellation."
Makeup Fee: Late cancellations are non-refundable. To complete the training, students must schedule a new date and pay a makeup administrative fee: HK$1,200 - $1,500 per person per day (depending on the course type and venue rental costs).
Weather Conditions: In case of cancellation due to severe weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning), the Company will contact students for a free reschedule. No refunds will be provided.

裝備購買及運送政策Equipment Purchase and Shipping Policy
運費安排:所有於本網站購買之潛水裝備,價格均不包括運費。
寄送方式:顧客可選擇到 2/F Kerry Hotel 自取(請提前預約)。如需郵寄/快遞(如順豐速運),運費將以「到付」形式由買家直接支付給物流公司。
瑕疵處理:請在收到貨品後 48 小時內檢查裝備。如有任何出廠瑕疵,請保持包裝完整並立即聯絡我們;若產品已下水或人為損壞,恕不接受退換。
Shipping Costs: Prices for diving equipment on this website do not include shipping fees.
Delivery Methods: Customers may choose self-pickup at 2/F Kerry Hotel (by appointment only).
For courier delivery (e.g., SF Express), shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer upon delivery ("Freight Collect").
Defects: Please inspect equipment within 48 hours of receipt. For manufacturing defects, please keep the packaging intact and contact us immediately. Items that have been used in water or suffered man-made damage cannot be returned or exchanged.

健康聲明與安全Medical Declaration and Safety
參加潛水課程前,學員必須簽署相關醫學聲明書。若隱瞞身體狀況(如心臟病、哮喘等)導致發生意外,本公司概不負責。
教練有權因安全理由(如學員體力不支、不聽從指令等)即時終止該次訓練,且不予退款。
Students must sign a medical declaration before participating in diving courses. The Company is not liable for accidents resulting from undisclosed medical conditions (e.g., heart disease, asthma).
Instructors reserve the right to terminate training immediately for safety reasons (e.g., physical exhaustion, failure to follow instructions) without refund.
